Hidrocal's mixed mortar
Mixed Mortar 'M Hidrocal'
Mixed (bastard) lime and cement mortar, suitable for multiple uses (base plastering, rendering, or finishing and joints).
It comes in white or colored powder with high durability mineral pigment.
The mixed or bastard mortar is particularly recommended for the restoration and rehabilitation of buildings and works. It is suitable for plastering on concrete surfaces, as a primer or adhesive bridge, and as a base for any type of coating.
Apply at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC and relative humidity between 15% and 90%.
Apply manually or mechanically sprayed on a well-moistened substrate.
It should always be used under the technical assistance of the manufacturer and following the instructions for use.
Binding agent: Calcium hydroxide (Air lime). Portland cement CEM II /B-M (P-V-L) 42.5 N or Portland cement BL II /A-L 42.5.
Aggregate: Silica sand of purity >95% and particle size specially designed to prevent cracks.
Pigments: Natural inorganic pigments pS < 10-15 with high resistance to UV radiation.
Damp-proof Mixed Mortar 'MH Hidrocal'
A mixed or bastard mortar of lime-cement with high damp-proof in mass and good steam transmission.
Resistant to water and salts.
Usable as a multi-purpose mortar (base plastering, coating or finishing coating and joints).
The MH Hidrocal mortar is especially recommended in environments or areas with high humidity and/or presence of salts and regions with extreme climatic variations. Usable as a coating on concrete surfaces, mortar, ceramic material, or as a base for any coating.
Apply at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C and relative humidity between 15% and 90%.
Application can be done manually or mechanically by projection on the well-moistened support.
It must always be used under the technical assistance of the manufacturer and following the instructions for use.
Binder: Calcium hydroxide (Air lime). Portland cement CEM II/B-M (P-V-L) 42.5 N or Portland cement BL II/A-L 42.5.
